Confirmation of Booking

As soon as ‘Green Travel Social Cooperative Enterprise’ (referred to in these booking conditions as ‘we’ or ‘Paros Olive Oil Tasting’) receive your booking form/reservation or payment – refundable only in the event of non-execution or cancellation due to substantiated Covid-19-related reasons*), we will send you confirmation of the Activity you have selected. From this point on, a firm contract exists between you and Paros Olive Oil Tasting on the basis of these booking conditions and any amendments given to you in writing. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking without necessarily giving a reason. Payment of the activity is payable online or on cash prior to the activity.

Payments

Payments must be made in Euros, Pounds Sterling or the United States Dollars in one of the following ways:

1.Cash upon delivery: 10% of discount will apply
2.Credit cards powered by Stripe: fees will apply
3.PayPal instant payment link, covered with PayPal Buyer Protection, fees will apply
4.Direct bank transfer: IBAN: GR7502603590000510100514671 – SWIFT/BIC: ERBKGRAA – Account holder: Green Travel SCE

Cancellation

Should an activity have to be canceled, the person who made the booking must notify Paros Olive Oil Tasting in writing and will be liable to cancellation charges, with the exception of cancellation due to substantiated Covid-19-related reasons. For the purpose of this clause “substantiated” shall mean production by you of relevant medical proof and/or official documents concerning you or members of your immediate family. Cancellation charges are calculated according to the period of notice on the following scale:

Up to 20 days prior to confirmed/scheduled activity date: No cancellation fee

72hrs prior to confirmed/scheduled activity date: 50% cancellation fee

We take the day of cancellation as the one on which we receive written confirmation of cancellation. If you have to cancel your booking you may, given reasonable notice, transfer your booking to a third party who satisfies all the conditions of a person taking that activity.

If you want to change the dates of your activity

If, after we have issued a confirmation, you want to move from the dates/activity you have booked, we will do our best to accommodate you given reasonable written notice (48 hours). This will be made free of charge however subject to availability. In the event of our inability to satisfy your immediate request, we will hold the payment made for up to two years from the confirmation date to be used as credit voucher(s) for other dates/holiday(s) free-of-charge and subject to availability.

If Paros Olive Oil Tasting cancels or alters your booking we will do everything possible to provide arrangements as confirmed, but we reserve the right to modify or cancel any activity if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we have to cancel an activity on which you are booked, we will offer you the choice of an alternative activity or date or a full refund of all payments you have made to Paros Olive Oil Tasting.

In case of hostilities, political unrest or circumstances amounting to force majeure, our decision whether or not to run a particular activity will be in accordance with advice issued by the Greek Ministry of Interior and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and may be made at any time prior to departure.

We reserve the right to cancel the participation in the activity of any client whose behavior is, in the opinion of a representative of Paros Olive Oil Tasting, causing excessive distress, damage, or annoyance. Our responsibility for that client will cease immediately and no compensation will be paid for any loss.

Should you have any complaints please notify Paros Olive Oil Tasting. As we are committed to your enjoying your activity, we welcome all comments and take all complaints seriously.

Alterations to Routes

We reserve the right to make alterations to routes related to tours to take account of local conditions and circumstances.
